Port Aransas Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $275.00/Night
- All renters must be at least 25 years of age.
Nightly rates do not include:
-13% occupancy tax
-3.5% resort fee
-cleaning fee of $75
-damage waiver, $45 to $69, based on amount of coverage selected
-refundable security deposit of $500
Optional travel insurance can be purchased - must do so before final rental payment is made.
DEPOSIT
-50% of payment is due when reservation is made. Balance is due 30 days before confirmed check-in date.
-If reservation is made less than 30 days before check-in date, 100% of balance is due at the time reservation is made.
CANCELLATION
-30 day cancellation is required to receive a 90% refund of deposits made up to that date.
-If cancellation is made less than 30 days before check-in date, all of monies paid to that date will be forfeited.
-If travel insurance is purchased, you may choose to make a claim for reimbursement of forfeited deposit. - Check In Time.......4 PM.
