Area: : This unit is facing a boat marina and your living room and balcony are on the 2nd floor giving you a panoramic view of the marina, woods and mountains. Your boat slip is close & in view from the unit & there is a gas station on the channel that goes out to the lake. You are about 5 1/2 miles from the shows & gaming at the casinos & about 5 miles from Heavenly Valley ski slope.
