Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $901per week/$3245 per month
- Summer Rates 2012: Weekly $901(1-4 guests) Monthly: $3245. (1-4 guests)
Winter 2012-2013: Weekly $1001 (1-4 guests) Monthly: $3381 (1-4 guests)
Feb and March monthly rates add $100 /Weekly rates add $25.00
Additional charge for each person over 4 to maximum of 6 guests is $10.00 per day
(No charge for children under 8) Check-in is 2pm, check-out is 10am
All rates subject to 12% Florida Sales and Tourist Tax
Security deposit of $400 is required with reservation
Extended stay discount is available for 4+ month stays; No added cleaning charge
