- Please email your number of people and nights. Generally, the house is per person. It does have a minimum of $250 per night and normally a 3 night minimum. Half the house is with the kitchen shared by another tenant or so, rarely there. The house is quite well laid out to feel little impact from this, especially in Summer due to the outside yard, pool, golf course and jacuzzi for use.
The current tenant/s on the other side of the house are working professionals, not there during the day & frequently busy or in bed early for work during the week. There is also a large office and TV room with French doors to the courtyard and pool area available on this side of the house. ADD'L BEDROOM WITH ONE GOOD FUTON IS AVAILABLE OFF THE GARDEN FOR ONE PERSON.
