Deposit: A deposit of 50% is due at least 30 days prior to the Check-In Date or upon booking.
Balance: Payment in full due within 14 days of the Check-in Date, balance of the total amount due as stated in the quote.
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
100% if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date, less a $100 cancellation fee
50% if cancelled 14 days prior to the Check-in Date, unless unit is re-rented at full price for that week.
If re-rented then the remaining 50% will be refunded less the $100 cancellation fee.
Maximum capacity is 8, renters will be charged $125/person over that amount. Recommended that only children use the sleeper sofa
