    September 4 - October 31 $1100.00 per week  
    $2100.00 per month.

    November 1 - June 3 weekly or monthly rental available at $1100.00 for the week, and $2100.00 for the month. Early bookings are advised.


    $250.00 security deposit required for rentals of one week or less by personal check, or $500.00 required for the multi-week/monthly rentals.


    $100/wk or $150.00 multi wk/monthly non-refundable cleaning fees should be added to the rental amount in the form of cashiers check or money order. No Visa or MasterCard accepted.
