Tekirdag House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $325 per week
- Rosi's Home Rental rates:
Mininum stay 2 nights.
Weekend: $125 per day (up to 4 people)
Weekday: $100 per day (up to 4 people)
Weekly: $ 325 per week (up to 4 people)
Monthly:$1400 per month (up to 4 people)
Cleaning fee will be $75 per stay for upto 4 people. I will require a $250 deposit/ Deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage at the end of rental period.
Additional guest in your party will be charged extra $25 -$50 per guest per stay depending on season.
Breakfast and/or lunch can be provided with additional charge. All organic local produce - fresh prep. Ask us if you interested in.
Local Bus terminal pick up and drop off can be provided with additional charge with prior request. - I accept PayPal payment. Full rental amount including cleaning fee and deposit should be fully paid before arrival.
