Vieques Island Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 400-550/night
- Mockingbird Hill can be rented as the entire complex [sleeps 11], just the Guest House [sleeps 7] or just the 2 first floor bedrooms of the Guest House [sleeps 4]. The price per week will depend on which of these options is chosen.
Deposit: 1/2 the total rental fee is due upon booking MBH. We use Pay Pal for this purpose.
We request that our guests purchase Property Damage Protection [propertydamageprotection.com] at a cost of $59/ visit. This is in lieu of a security deposit.
Cancellation Policies
This varies, based on the individual reservation. Generally, there is none if cancelled more than one month prior to the reservation. If cancelling within the month the penalty fee is 1/2 of the confirmed stay unless we are able to rebook the villas.
