  • $250- $345/ night
  • 50% of the payment must be paid in advance to secure the reservation by Pay Pal, using your credit card or Bank account securely. Deposit is non-refundable and full amount is non-refundable within 30 days.

    There is no security deposit required, you are protected for any accidental damages up to $1,500. The cost for Property Protection Plan is $49 per stay regardless of the length of your stay, and will cover you for incidental damages.

    Our check in time is 4pm, check out time is 11 am. Early/Late Check in (s) are $40.00 based on availability. Check outs after 2 pm are an additional nights stay.

    One time cleaning fee posted in rates applies to all bookings regardless of length of stay.

    We do accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover.
