- Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollar. A deposit of 50% rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Money orders, traveler's checks are accepted forms of payment. No reservations should be assumed until the initial deposit or payment is made. First payment will have the reservation. Must be 25 or older to reserve. For bookings of short period stay a refundable damage deposit of $300.00 will be collected with final payment and bookings of a month or longer a refundable damage deposit of $500.00 will be collected with the final payment. Damage deposit will be returned within 5 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay.

For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and 60 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 1 night. For cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival and 30 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 50% of deposit. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED AT THE CONDO. Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit. On your check out, ensure all trash has been taken out and turn off all air conditioners, electrical appliances and lights. Also when not in use. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No loud music outside after ten o'clock at night. ENJOY YOURSELF AND HAVE FUN!! Thanks for staying with us, hope to see you back soon!!
