A $500 refundable deposit is due to confirm your reservation. This deposit initially guarantees your reservation then becomes a security/damage deposit, which is refundable after your departure. Thirty days prior to occupancy, the full rental is due. Keys are sent Priority Mail prior to scheduled arrival.
Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday during summer, spring break, and other peak seasons. Holiday weeks are flexible.

Fort Morgan House Details
UPGRADES: The elevator rises from the concrete parking area under the home directly into the house. Four bedrooms each contain a queen-sized bed and the two spacious master bedrooms each boast two queen-sized beds accommodating up to 16 people (we do not use hide-a-beds!). The four bathrooms each have plenty of vanity room for all those tanning lotions. Two 80-gallon water heaters ensure everyone has a good hot shower. The home contains over 2800 square feet of living space plus 1000 square feet of porches (lots of room for visiting or curling up to read your favorite book). The beach is 250 feet from the front porch. Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge just a short walk down the beach.
