*To rent and hold the house, we require 30% of the rate for however long you will be staying. The 70% remaining balance is required to be paid in full 60 days before your arrival. If you rent the house 60 days or less of your arrival, we ask that the payment be paid in full. There will be a 8.5% lodging tax added to the total amount and a $300.00 refundable damage deposit added. If everything looks great, please give us 30 days or less to return your $300.00 damage deposit.
We strongly advise families to buy trip insurance as there are no refunds within the 60 day arrival of your vacation date.
*NO REFUNDS are issued for cancellations or early departure due to bad weather (hurricanes, etc.) or personal circumstances inside the cancellation date range. Trip insurance is available through third party vendors.
