Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Also a $200 REFUNDABLE deposit in CASH is required at the time of check-in. This is to provide me with some insurance in case of damages to the apartment; promptly returned within 2 days of departure when the apartment is turned back in the same condition in which it was sublet. - HOUSE RULES:
Please no more than 4 people in the apartment at any time.
Outdoor space (backyard) is not included in the rental unless otherwise agreed with the host.
Absolutely NO SMOKING. Please be advised that I will charge part of the security deposit if smoking occurs in the apartment.
