We will only consider certain private events which are catered and fully staffed, and will explicit event planning and logistics determined in advance and covered by a written contract. - Security deposit at time of booking is Required and is fully refundable within 14 days of departure - providing no extra cleaning or damage charges are assessed.

- All the rooms sleep at least 2 people in flexible arrangements. The Master Bedroom has a beautiful Queen bed, gas stove, luxurious bathroom and is in a separate wing of the main house. The Orchard Room has a trundle bed with sleeps 2 in single beds but converts to king and daybed. The large Boat House Room has a bunk bed with a queen lower bunk and double upper bunk. It also has a fabulous custom child's day bed designed as a boat. The entire 3rd floor is the Tree House room with a 2 single trundle bed which converts to a King. It has a flat screen TV, and spectacular views of the back grounds and mountain ridge.
