Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM Check out time is 11:00 AM. - Reservation Deposit - Minimum 50% of the total rental amount required to hold reservation plus $100.00 Damage deposit. Deposit will be returned with-in 5 days of vacating the property if the following is taken care of.
• No damage is done to the Beach House or its contents.
• No linens or household items are missing.
• No early check-in or late check-out.
• Beach House has not been smoked in.
• No pets inside Beach House
Payment in full must be received 30 days before arrival.
•CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel more than 60 days before check-in, your deposit will be returned within ten days.
If you cancel less than 60 days before check-in, you will forfeit your deposit.
If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, you will forfeit full payment.
You have up to 30 days prior to your stay to change your reservation but will be subject to a $100 change fee. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellation
