All taxes are included, there are no other charges. Minimum of 4 nights, 25% deposit plus onetime insurance fee of $59 (you get $3,000 damage protection insurance) + 4% paypal fees via paypal or check and $550 Refundable Security Deposit in cash at check-in ($500 for property damage and theft protection, $50 for cell phone loaner). Deposit and is refunded in cash at check-out. Balance due in FULL and in cash at check-in.
Cancellation Policy: Your deposit is refundable 60 days prior to arrival, no refund if less than 60 days. $50 cancellation fee applies.
