- Our rates are well below that of comparable properties in the area. Our calendar is updated frequently, and is very accurate. Rates including rooms tax are as follows: 2 nights: $545.00, 3 nights: $824.50, 4 nights: $1,090.00, 5, 6 or 7 nights: $1,471.50.
- Secure your reservation with a $500 deposit, pay the balance of your rental 30 days in advance. Pay $1,000 security deposit 14 days in advance. Deposit refunded within 14 days of your departure. All payments can be made with credit card through PayPal system. You do not need a PayPal account to use this system. You may also pay via personal check. If paying by check, security deposit must be sent 30 days prior to arrival.
