- House easily accommodates five adults, with separate bedrooms for each guest. Four of five bedrooms have double occupancy possibility (i.e., one has Queen size,and three have Double size beds). Study upstairs has couch that converts to a bed. Master bedroom upstairs also has a 'stowaway' Twin mattress. All bedrooms , and study, have ceiling fans (in addtion to central HVAC). Four of the five bedrooms have desks (i.e., the exception being the downstairs master bedroom). Bedroom # 5 (downstairs smaller bedroom with Twin matress) has a TV, as does bedroom #4 (upstairs middle bedroom).
