Tahoe Island Chalet Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $250/nt - $3500/wk
- Spring & Fall .......... $250/night (2 night minimum) $1500/weekly
Winter & Summer ........ $350/night (2 night minimum) $2200/weekly
Holiday Weekend ........ $425/night (3 night minimum) $2700/weekly
Christmas & New Years .. $600/night (4 night minimum). $3500/weekly
All reservations are subject to Local Occupancy Tax of 10% + $4.50/night;
Guests staying 2 nights pay a $30 non-refundable booking fee and $135 departure
cleaning fee. These management service fees are paid by owner for stays of
3 or more nights. A refundable Security Deposit of $300 is required. - *Dates available: Year Round. Rates for stays exceeding one week can be negotiated.
