Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates vary based on time of year. A $50.00-$100 cleaning fee* and a $200.00 fully refundable damage deposit will be required. We accept all major credit cards. All fees, charges and deposits are due at the time of reservation. All fees, charges and deposits are fully refunded less a $50.00 cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival date. Rental Fee is not refunded if cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival date.
* Cleaning fee based on number of guests
1-2 guests: $50.00
3-4 guests: $75.00
4 guests: $100.00
