• Security/Damage Deposit: A fully refundable $500 deposit is required for all rentals and is due on or before arrivals; this is a separate item and will be fully refunded within 10 days of departure if there is no significant damage.
• Reservations: Receipt of half of the total billing (rental + sales tax) will book your reservation - balance due upon arrival. Reservation will guarantee that your group will have exclusive use of the house and grounds.
• Payments: Can be made by check or by credit card (Master Card or Visa only) with credit information provided over the phone or through email – receipt will be provided to you. - CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made 14 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee and any credit card processing fees. Cancellations made 14 days or less of the arrival date will receive full credit if another reservation can be obtained for the same billing period and same billing balance minus the $50 cancellation fee and any processing fees. If another reservation is obtained but results in a lower total billing balance, a refund will be made reflecting this difference minus the $50 cancellation fee and processing fees.
