- The basic $350 daily / $2000 weekly rate is for rental of the RANCH HOUSE, which features a full country kitchen, one bath, and two bedrooms, sleeping 5 people. This rate also includes use of all the ranch amenities, including the Party Barn, the Dance Barn and the Lake House outdoor kitchens.
The $500 daily / $3000 weekly price includes BOTH the RANCH HOUSE and the LAKE HOUSE, as well as all the amenities mentioned above. The ranch House sleeps 5; the Lake house sleeps 7.
Special pricing applies for the Formula One Event from Nov. 14th through November 19th. ONE HOUSE rents for $1000 daily for the 3 day minimum. Additional nights for ONE HOUSE are $750 per night / $4500 per week.
Formula One Pricing for BOTH HOUSES from Nov.14th through November 19th is $1500 daily for the 3 day minimum. Additional nights for BOTH HOUSES are $1000 per night / $6000 per week.
*Floor plans not suitable for children up to age six.
