There is a cleaning fee of $90 and a security deposit of $400 for 4 guests, $450 for 5 guests and $500 for 6 guests.
Payments can be made via credit card or PayPal.
50% of the total rental fee is due at reservation to reserve the rental unit with remainder due at check-in. 90% of deposit refunded for cancellation ONLY IF cancelled dates are rented to another party. - Most nights are $325 per night, December $350/night except for last week which is $375-395.
