Arcadia House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Memorial Day Holiday through Labor Day - $1200/week
- Check in is Sunday 4 p.m with check out the following Sunday at 11 a.m.
$400 deposit holds the cottage until full payment is received and functions as a damage deposit. It is returned when grounds and unit are inspected at the end of visit.
For the 2012 season, full payment at time of reservation or 3 weeks prior to booking. 50% of deposit will be returned upon cancellation between 30 days prior to check in. No return of deposit within 10 days of check in. No refunds for early check out. - For 2012, Reservation deposits will be fully refunded greater than 60 days prior to check in upon cancellation. 50% of deposit will be returned upon cancellation between 31 and 60 days prior to check in. No return of deposit within 30 days of check in. No refunds for early check out.
