Belleayre Mountain House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- from $1500 to $2200/week
- Please contact us for other rental rates: Seasonal, holiday and monthly rates differ from our off season rates. Security/damage deposits are charged with every rental. Rates subject to change.
There is a 2.5% fee charged per transaction on all credit and debit card transactions. 1% on electronic transactions.
This rental is rented as a 2 - 5 bedroom, rates will reflect which is chosen. Please ask for these rates in advance.
Extended rentals are responsible for utilities.
Cleaning fee $100.00 - $150.00. They work really hard so please don't forget them.
Check out is 11:00 a.m. and check in is 4:00 p.m.
Cancellation - full refund up to 30 days prior
2 weeks prior of rental date - half refund
2 weeks and less - no refund (unless an unavoided emergency arises;
eg: weather, death, etc.) - We do have an age requirement, please contact us regarding this.
