• - Room Maintenance & Cleaning - Complimentary service is offered on a weekly basis. If requested prior to a 7 night; stay period, an extra charge will be assessed. Service is subject to availability and may also be arranged in advance; when making reservation or at time of check-in. The fee for 2 bedroom CLP 17,500 – Funds are to be paid in; local currency to employee.;
  - Change of Linens and Towels - In the event that a change of linens and towels is requested prior;
  to end of 7 night stay, the charge of CLP 12,500 will be assessed for fresh linens and towels.;
  - Laundry -Self Service is available on the building’s first floor. Coins are needed to activate laundry units;
  and access into laundry facility must be requested from front desk which will provide you with key upon request.
• - Grocery needs - Upon request and with advance notice, we can prepare a start-up package in;
  which we fill your refrigerator with the basic items needed upon arrival to prepare breakfast and/or a snack.;
  - Early check in or Late check out - Subject to availability, if available, the cost for this request upon acceptance;
  is the equivalent of 50 % of daily rate.;
  - Transportation to and from the airport - Service is available when requested in advance. The fees are;
  charged as per reasonable local costs for this Service at time Service is rendered and must be paid directly to; employee providing the Service.
