Manistique Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 6% Michigan Sales Tax will be applied.
$200.00 rental/security deposit required.
$100 Pet deposit required (if there is no damage and the lawn is free from dog waste, $75 will be refunded).
Deposit will be applied to final booking.
One week is 6 nights, 7 days
On weekend is 2 nights, 3 days
We also offer a 4 night, 5 day stay for $500.00
Cancellation policy:
-If the cancellation is 30 or more days from the reservation date, the deposit will be returned, less a $50.00 handling fee.
-If the cancellation is 29 or less days to reservation date, the deposit will only be refunded if replacement guests are found, in which case you would only then be charged the $50.00 handling fee.
-If no cancellation is made in advance, and no notification given, the deposit will not be returned.
Damage:
-Substantial damage on property, building and its contents that cannot be covered by the $200.00 deposit will be directly applied to your credit card.
