Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Please be advised our calendar and rates are always up to date, so if it is blocked out it is not available. We do require a reservation deposit of $200 to hold your reservation and you will have one week from booking to get the deposit to us. This deposit is applied to rent. If for any reason the deposit is not received within one week after booking the dates will be opened back up for others. We also require a $200 security deposit to cover any possible damages and if after our inspection no damage or missing items are noted, the deposit will be returned. There is a minimum age of 25 to rent and no more than 4 persons at any time.
