If declined a security deposit of $200 is required. Once the home has been cleaned and checked after your departure, if all is in good order this will be refunded to you. If, however, there is property damage the deposit would become non-refundable and the cost of repairs would be deducted from this amount. Any funds remaining would of course be returned.
