Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- REGULAR RATES:

Weekly- $500
Weekend (Friday-Sunday)- $300
Weekend Night- $100
Weekday Night- $75 - $200 Refundable Security Deposit to reserve.
$75 Cleaning fee
Half (1/2) of Total Amount Due 30 days prior to stay.
Remaining Balance Due 2 weeks prior to stay.
If reservation is made less than 2 weeks before arrival, deposit, cleaning fee, and total rental amount due at time of booking.
*ROT Rally, SXSW,ACL, and Formula1 Events-Total Amount Due 45 days prior to stay.
