$150 per night/weekend, $125 per night/weekday - 2 night minimum stay required
$800 Weekly for up to 8 people - add $50 per additional person
$1500 Monthly for up to 8 people - add $100 per additional person
Holidays: add an additional $50 per night
A $300 refundable Security/Damage Deposit is required with all reservations.
Reservation must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date in order for $300 deposit to be refunded.
Balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival - no exceptions.
A $500 smoking fee will be charged if any smoking is done in the house since this is a non-smoking home.
