Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Long-Term rentals available between Labor Day and Memorial Day.
- $200 Fully Refundable Security Deposit Due at time of reservation
Total Invoice due 30 nights before arrival (personal check acceptable). Otherwise Total Rental amount and Deposit are due at the time of reservation. Master Card, Visa, Cashiers Check or Money order are accepted forms of payment. Check in 3 pm, Check out 11 am. Minimum 3 night stay. NO SMOKING UNIT.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. - A signed Rental Contract must be completed and submitted along with the $200 Security Deposit before your reservation will be confirmed.
