Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Summer: 6/1/13 to 8/17/13- $2,550.00 Weekly Only
Fall: 8/18/12 to 10/19/12-$1,850.00 Weekly $310.00 Nightly Rate
Winter: 10/20/12 to 3/9/2013-$1,275.00 Weekly Rate $215.00 Nightly Rate
Spring: 3/9/13 to 6/1/13- $1,850.00 Weekly $310.00 Nightly Rate
Rates do not include 12.5% tax, linen and departure cleaning, and damage insurance or deposit. All nightly rates require 3 night stays and during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years rates will be set at Spring Rate and will be 4 night stays.
