• Spring Season (4/1 to 5/15)
  Late Fall Season: (11/1 to 12/31)
  $1,400 per week;
  $250.00 per week night;
  $300.00 per weekend night (Fri/Sat/Sun);
  $600.00 per weekend (2 nights);
  
  Summer Season: (5/16 to 9/30)
  Fall Season: (8/16 to 10/31)
  $1,575.00 per week;
  $275.00 per week night;
  $325.00 per weekend night (Fri/Sat/Sun);
  $650.00 per weekend (2 nights);
  
  Summer air conditioner surcharge of $50.00/week required, if used.
• Holiday weekends -- minimum stay 3 nights.

  Christmas -- This booking must be confirmed with owner prior to arrival to determine road accessibility.
  
  Rates are 15% higher for Holiday weekends. Please inquire.
  
  50% deposit upon booking, balance due 30 days prior to check-in.
  
  Cancellation policy: full refund if prior to 30 day check in.
  
  No refund 14 days prior, 50% refunded between 14 and 30 days.
