Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $150 to $160/night; $875 to $950/week
A $200 security deposit and 1/2 the rental fee is due when placing your reservation.
Your reservation is held for one week pending receipt of your deposit and 1/2 the rental fee. Once they are received your reservation will be confirmed. The deposit becomes a damage deposit during your stay and will be returned to you shortly after your departure – as soon as it is found that the house and contents are left in good condition.
No nightly stays during July, August and early September. During these months, weekly stays run from Saturday to Saturday.
Credit cards accepted through PayPal; Payments also accepted through Interac-e transfer (Canadian banks only).
No cleaning fee.
Full payment of rent is due at least 6 weeks before the start of your stay.
Check-in at 3:30 pm; Check-out at 10:00 am
