All peak season rentals are from Saturday to Saturday; off season rentals starting September 15th are a minimum 2 day stay.
If you are planning a large family reunion or vacation and would really like to stay all together, we can co-ordinate rental of the other two units in the same building, subject to availability. These units are identical in layout to the 3rd floor unit, but the 2nd floor unit has a front porch.
PLEASE NOTE: Family Rentals Only. No Senior Week/Spring Break/Prom Week Rentals. We do not rent to groups of unrelated persons under 25 years of age.
