Durham House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $140 - $160/nt; $700 - $800/wk
- Nightly Rate: $140 - $160/night + 13% tax. (3-night minimum), Weekly Rate: $700 - $800/week + 13% tax. Monthly rates are available. One-time cleaning fee of $60 - $120, depending on length of stay. A deposit equal to 50% of the rent secures a reservation. The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be refunded less a $50 or 5% (whichever is greater) service fee with at least 30 days notice. With fewer than 30 days notice (weekly) or 60 days notice (monthly) deposit is not refundable.
