- Off season rates start at $85 per night and full season rates start at $125 per night. Min 3 nights.
- Our off season rates run from approximately Columbus Day in October to Windjammer, week the third week in June. They are $85 per night or $500 per week. If booking for less than the three night minimum the off season rate is $110 per night or $220 for the two nights. A security deposit is still collected for two night bookings.
We do not take advance bookings for less than one week in the peak season. If you are looking at the calendar a week before your booking date and the week is available we would consider booking for less than one week. The rate would be $125 per night, $150 per night for less than three nights.
Maximum capacity is two people. Sorry no pets or small children (stairs & not child safe). No smoking on the premises.

- The bathroom is small but sufficient. The full sized shower includes a glass shower door. There is plenty or storage, towels, a hair dryer, locally made soap, a full length mirror, a ceiling fan, and a skylight.

- The sunny bedroom has a queen sized bed. A ceiling fan keeps the air circulating in hot and cold weather. The window looks out over a small garden with nesting chickadees. There is also a skylight for additional fresh air and sunlight. The bedding is all cotton and there are reading lamps on each side of the bed. Local artwork and an antique quilt are on the walls and the room includes an area rug and hardwood floors. A Rinai heater, located in the bedroom heats the whole apartment quickly and efficiently. An air conditioner is available for those hot summer days.
