- Rates in the table are for two guests in the upstairs suite. Add $25/night for each additional guest, up to 4 in the upstairs suite.
For an additional $375/week, you can have use of the downstairs two-bedroom suite as well, which accommodates an additional three guests, and has the laundry room.
If you don't need the downstairs suite, it will be locked off and left empty. We won't rent it to anyone else, with exception of June 15 thru August 15, 2013, when the downstairs will be occupied by the owner's daughter and grandson. As they used to live on the Island, they can help to guide you on many of your Island adventures as well as keep up the house and garden. The upstairs apartment will be available for rental during this period.
