Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- January, June, October, December: $300 per night; $1,800 per week;
February-March, July-September: $350 per night; $2,150 per week;
April-May, November: $250 per night; $1,500 per week;
Christmas and New Years weeks: $500 per night; $3,000 per week;
$500 security deposit required. $150 cleaning fee.;
Dogs welcome, upon approval. $30 per night per pet fee.;
3-night minimum stay. Ask for our rates for stays longer than one week.;
