- Holiday Rates apply for Christmas and Thanksgiving periods $160 per night.
Rates are per night up to 4 people .$5/nt ea additional person
Pet fee $10/nt 1 pet - $5/nt each additional pet
One time cleaning fee $50 up to 4 - guests, $70 - 5 or more guests & or with pets
Rental Deposit Insurance is required (3 levels of coverage available)
An 8% TOT Tax will be applied to the total rental fee
