Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- RATES EXCLUDE 13% TAXES. Tax is comprised of TX tax of 6.0% & Katy tax of 7.0%.

Changeover day negiotiable. Arrival dates are flexible
Refundable $150 Security Deposit or/and non refund Insurance cover for damages.
50% deposit on booking holds reservation. $150.00 security deposit refunded within 14 days after inspection. Balance due 4 weeks before arrival. All rates includes all utilties, agent fees, sales and tourist tax. $110 clean fee. The master ensuite bedroom is available at an extra cost of $70 per night. This is the 6th Bedroom. The use of the swimming pool will be extra $20 cost per day. All major credit cards accepted. Charges may apply VIA PAYPAL Bank transfer. Other payment alternatives to be added soon. It takes approx 1- 2 days to reach the set temperature. The master bedroom is available at an extra cost. This is the 6th Bedroom.
