There will be an additional charge of $25 per additional person per night on parties of more than six. Maximum occupancy is eight people. Under no circumstances will there be more than eight people staying at the Penthouse - MONTHY RENTERS: Rent does not include utilities. Client will be billed on a monthly basis as per utilities companies’ invoice.
•Cancellations Initial booking deposits are fully refundable for all cancellations made more than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made 30 to 45 days prior to arrival date are subject to a $250 cancellation fee. Rental deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made less than 30 days before scheduled arrival date.
