Waikiki Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Payment in full due upon booking unles other arrangements are made.
- Only one of the following 10% discounts may apply: (1) Hula's referral discount, (2) 55+ discount, (3) Kama'aina discount, (4) Military discount. Prices and polices subject to change without notice. Payment in full is due upon booking. There are no discounts for less than the minimum night stay or over the Christmas/New Year Holiday. One month minimum stay for the months of January, February or March.
Early or late check-in or check-out based upon availability $50 fee applies to either end. $20 check-in fee for check-ins after 6 p.m. Cleaning fee is $105 per booking or $150 for bookings of 28 days or more. $200 cancellation fee from day of booking up to day of arrival. TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDED. No refunds or changes after arrival. No refunds if your stay includes any American Holiday. Bookings based upon first pay first booked.
