With 60 days notice the deposit will be forfeited. With 30 days notice, the total amount will be forfeited. - OUR VACATION RENTAL PROVIDES: -A fully furnished home -1 king size bed, 4 twins, 1 rollaway bed -garage -A fully equipped kitchen -coffee maker, dishwasher-high quality towels and linens -2 large flat screen TV with cable -Wireless internet access -outdoor jacuzzi w/gazebo, fire-pit w/seating, outdoor table, BBQ grill, hammock, putting green, 2 private full bathroom(s) blowdryers, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, board games, toiletries, etc... Check in after 3pm. Check out time is 10am. Please note, late check-out’s may be arranged if possible, please inquire in advance. Early check-in is based on availability.
BOOKING: If you would like to book, please e-mail or call with the following information: Names of all the guests staying Billing Address E-mail Contact Number Estimate Time of Arrival Check in and check out dates, Email address for PayPal payment request for a 50% deposit.
