Kiawah Island House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 50% required deposit to hold dates.
Payment in full plus 20% security deposit, $200 cleaning fee and 12.5% SC tax required within 10 days of reservation being made. If reservation made within 14 days of desired dates, payment in full is required.
Security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure inspection minus any damages.
Note on cleaning fee - $200 will cover reasonable cleaning required after a one week rental. Additional cleaning required beyond collected will be deducted from security deposit.
MasterCard/Visa or check accepted.
Sat- Sat rentals - 4pm check-in, 11am check-out.
No pets, no smoking. Thank you.
Cancellation policy:
50% refunded (plus security deposit and cleaning fee) if cancelled 45 days in advance.
Within 45 days, no refunds (except security deposit and cleaning fee).
