Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• $400 - $500
• January & February $400 per night
  March to December $465 per night
  
  ***All holiday weeks are $500 per night***
  
  ***Any guests over 4 guests will incur an extra charge of $50 per person per night***
  
  ***$150 cleaning fee is due at check in***
• Payment:
  
  50% is due at booking, remaining 50% is due in US cash or Money Order once you arrive at the apartment.
  
  
  Cancellation Policy:
  
  * At least 60 days before scheduled arrival: Full refund
  
  
  Payment Policy for Renter:
  
  * 50% of rental cost is due at booking. The remaining 50% is due at check in USD cash or US money order.
  
  
  Additional Costs:
  
  * $150 mandatory one time cleaning fee due upon check in.
  
  * A $39 fee for vacation rental insurance which covers up to $1,500 worth of damages will be included in the invoice instead of any security deposit.
  
  * 5.75% tax will be imposed.
  
  * There will be a $50 charge daily per additional guest for over four guests. No charge for up to four guests.
