- There are no additional fees, cleaning is included. We do not provide sheets and towels, guests need to provide their own linens or can rent them from one of several local companies (linen rental company information provided on request).
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to rental period along with a $300 refundable security deposit. The security deposit is returned within 10 days of key return. There is no additional cleaning fee.
