New Years Stay 2013-14 – RENTED - Rates are per week (generally Sat to Sat, but alternate inquiries are welcome). Nightly rentals may be available, depending on season, house and length of stay. Please contact us for such requests.
A daily service fee, which covers gratuities, will also be charged (Behla Palapita: $30/day; Behla La Chiquita: $35/day; and Behla: $40/day). Additional taxes and/or surcharge for groups larger than eight and special events may apply.
Payment may be made by bank or other transfer, or MC/Visa/Discover/Amex (credit cards: 4% surcharge). 50% due upon reservation; remainder due 45-60 days in advance. We request a valid credit card number to reserve (pending payment), and in lieu of a cash deposit. Payments are non-refundable; provided, however, that the amount, if any, for which the villa is re-rented during the reserved period may be applied to the rental thereof at another date.
