- Our fully air conditioned villa offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms in 2200 square feet. Master bedroom one has a king-size bed and a private (en-suite) bathroom with double vanity (two wash basins), large soaking tub, walk-in shower and separate wc. Walk directly out from this bedroom onto the lanai. Master bedroom two has a king-size bed with a private (en-suite) bathroom with a walk-in shower. Our custom designed decor has the adventurer in mind so there are touches of safaris and an oasis throughout. A bedroom with two single beds (the monkey room) has a large painted mural of the animal kingdom’s tree of life and the walls show swinging monkeys. A border of panda bears decorates another bedroom with two single beds. The hall bathroom, which has a tub with overhead shower, also has a door which opens onto the lanai.

Notes:
There are outside lights to illuminate the home’s front yard and back yard at night. Enjoy the illuminated pool deck for swimming and entertaining. The pool also has fiber optic lighting for a colorful light show. All doors leading from the house to the pool are equipped with child safe alarms.
Our den/sitting room is a comfortable place to sit and relax. The doors can be closed for privacy and the sofa converts into a queen size bed.
The family room is also a comfortable, relaxing place to sit, chat or watch TV. There are French doors leading out to the lanai. The room is open to the breakfast nook and breakfast bar which adjoin the kitchen.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size gas range with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. There is also a blender, toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker. The cupboards are stocked with dishes, glassware, cups, cooking pots and pans etc. A doorway from the kitchen leads to the formal dining room.
